Our primary business at Euro American Advisors (EAA) is to provide equity for US real estate transactions. While the equity comes from several sources, most of it is raised from private offerings in the Netherlands and Germany. We base each US real estate deal on its individual merits relating to projected financial returns, location, market growth, market stability and product type. Using this method, we have successfully funded over $300 million in equity for 70 projects in the United States.
