Jerald King serves as the Director of Investments and Acquisitions for Euro American Advisors. His responsibilities include identification, underwriting, due diligence and closing of acquisitions, joint ventures and equity placements for Euro American Advisors US investments. Additionally, Jerald is involved in the development and debt aspects of EAA's owned real estate assets. Jerald has been responsible for the acquisition and disposition of over 8 million square feet of commercial real estate valued at more than $2.25 billion.

Before joining Euro American, Jerald served as the Managing Director and Vice President of Accounting for three major Texas based real estate firms. His experience includes, development, leasing, management and financial responsibilities for large portfolios of institutionally owned office, industrial and apartment properties.

Jerald received a BS in Accounting from Auburn University and currently holds a Texas Real Estate License.
