Mark joined Euro American Advisors in 2003 and has overall responsibility for the asset management functions of Euro American Advisors. He coordinates all aspects of asset management and property management supervision for the existing US portfolio. Leasing, monitoring ongoing operations, as well as input for the ongoing strategic decisions regarding the US portfolio fall within Mark's scope of responsibility. In addition, his diverse real estate background in operations and development provides valuable experience during the acquisition and development process. Mark is the broker of record for EAA's affiliate, Crown Real Estate Advisors. Since March of 2004, Mark has overseen the disposition of assets valued at more than $238 million.
Prior to joining Euro American Advisors, Mark was Director of Student Housing Acquisitions for Allen & O'Hara, Inc. where his responsibility was to acquire properties for a fund established with Fremont Realty Capital. Mark previously worked for Ambling Companies as Vice President of Ambling Management Company, overseeing a portfolio of 11 properties. During his tenure, in addition to their existing portfolio, Ambling developed eight of these 11 multi-family properties in 18 months in 7 states. Mark worked closely with the construction and development arms of Ambling to help create these successful properties. Prior to his Ambling experience, Mark worked with College Park Communities as an area manager and was responsible for a portfolio of private residence halls with a staff of almost 200 employees. Prior to College Park Communities, Mark held various property management site positions with Allen & O'Hara, Inc.
Mark received his BA in Geology from the University of South Florida.
